And after years of being in the wedding industry I’ve seen so many couples treat their wedding day – the day that should be the most exciting, life-altering days of their lives as some kind of formality that should be crossed of the list! I’ve talked to so many brides who said “We just want to get this over” or ” we actually didn’t want this big of a party but our family insisted!” And that made me angry – since when are we putting the bride and the groom on the back burner? Who’s love did we came here to celebrate?

I Had to Experience Unfulfillment, Lack of Motivation and Boredom to Learn to Fight for Authenticity!
Okay, so I didn’t exactly pop out of the womb knowing I wanted to fight for freedom and authenticity. Actually, it was the opposite. I spent years feeling completely unfulfilled, which, ironically, is exactly what taught me to value those things so much!
When I got out of technical high school I had no clue what I wanted to do with my life so I ended up in law school. Within a year, I was completely miserable. The thought of a corporate lawyer future was horrifying. I felt extremely lost and empty.
But here’s the silver lining: that depressing experience lit a fire under me. It forced me to figure out what wasn’t me, which was crucial. Luckily, around that time I picked up a camera and started shooting at a local club. Suddenly, I got my spark again. That camera wasn’t just a hobby; it became my teacher. It taught me patience, perseverance and how to push past my limits.
Fast forward eight years, and I’m running my own brand celebrating freedom of expression and authenticity. It all started with feeling completely lost and bored, which, as crazy as it sounds, turned out to be the best thing that could have happened because now I get to inspire all of you wonderfull couples to live your truth!
